Manual lymphatic drainage

It is a gentle massage, or rather "pumping" the lymph in the right direction and thereby encouraging its flow. Lymph removes both toxic substances from the body, which it washes away, and takes care of the distribution of lymphocytes, which are responsible for our immune system. Its flow is tied to active muscle movement, which, if absent, leads to its stagnation and the above-mentioned difficulties. Lymphatic drainage supports its physiological flow and the feeling of relaxation usually occurs shortly after the massage.
